			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Michael began training me in Jan. 2008. My health goals were not extreme, just very realistic. My goal was to loose 35 lbs. and be in better physical shape. My challenges are that I have a torn ACL in my knee, which made me psychologically afraid to do any type of physical activity other than walking. I was out of shape! And in my opinion I have sort of a food addiction- I love to eat what I want whenever I want especially Potato Chips! Nothing and no one will ever break me from my first love- the love of Potato Chips. Well, do to my love affair with food and lack of exercise, my doctor informed me that I was borderline diabetic and I knew that my life had to change now rather than later.</p>
<p>Much to my surprise, Michael was very understanding and patient with my fear of doing exercise due to my knee injury (I began to realize it was all in my head). We worked together progressively until my fear eventually diminished and my leg got stronger which allowed me to do more vigorous exercises.</p>
<p>I reached my goal with diet and exercise, a realistic meal plan which Michael developed for me and constant positive reinforcement. He tailored my exercise plan to my life style and my goals, never letting me forget what my goals were. And for that I am so grateful!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A quick note to say thank you! Thank you for working with me as my personal trainer to feel better about myself. When I first started with you, you asked me what my goals were in terms of fitness. I said I wanted to feel better, I didn’t care too much about weight loss or getting into smaller size clothes but I wanted to feel better in my person. Seven months later I feel great! I have lost 26 pounds and 1 pant size…almost 2!! Mission accomplished! And if you’ll remember I said I had two rules for working out…no running and no jumping. I am so glad you respected those rules but I am even more grateful that you challenged me (in a comfortable manner) to overcome those limitations as well. I began running extremely small distances near our 6 month mark(1 lap on the bally track), now I can run near 8 minuets without stopping. I have signed up for 5K in December and have no doubt I will finish. Thank you for the confidence to be able to even sign up for this!! I thank you for working with me, getting to know what I like and working with my limits and goals in mind.
